"Be honest in your interview. The interviewer's own knowledge my mean the interview will go smoothly, but the job is a relentless test of your knowledge you will fail if acheived under false pretenses.Not getting a job is better than getting one you can't actually do."

What don't you like about working at Bureau of Indian Affairs?

"The customer is moving the contract to Sioux Falls and making me choose between moving my home or my empoloyer."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Choose my replacement very carefully. The new employee will walk in to this position with the expectation that they can keep on top of a nationwide Data Infrastructure and VMWare data farm as well as diagnose way ahead needs and appropriately plan for bugetary decisions. Things can get out of hand very fast. Having good ideas is no use to the customer if you can't also keep them under budget."
