"Despicable, lying, manipulative, two faced, Snake Oil Salesman of a boss!! No Job offer or Employee Handbook for a reason, he and his and unqualified wife are the HR department. Puts nothing in writing just so he can change anything he wants. See the Red Flags with this company and run. No loyalty whatsoever! 15 year employee just thrown out without a second thought over a week old temp. Everyone here left within the same month because he treats his employees like trash . Absolute Hostile workplace and he will use intimidation as well. Since no HR department or HR manager he can do what he wants since him and his wife are it. Make sure you document, screenshot, save and forward all emails and texts also check into an app you can download that will record phone calls and zoom meetings and go to meetings and FaceTime. If you don’t then, he’ll just simply lie to you and tell and promise you one thing only to do the opposite. Company facing lawsuits and OSHA shut downs don’t work here! Also worse payroll ever!!! Semi monthly is a joke because it’s actually according to him 3 business days after the 15th and end of the month, so you never know exactly when you will get paid. Profit Sharing is a joke!!!!! It’s not a actual profit sharing that uses one of the 2 standard formulas. It’s basically a end of year bonus or Christmas bonus that he can determine who and how much are dispersed to each employee. Company is a joke and trash exactly how he treats his employees but not a single person has the balls to say anything to his face or question him. Nepotism run rampant at this company big time!!!!!!"
