Buffalo Wild Wings Careers & Info

Current CEO: Sally Smith

Status: Active

Buffalo Wild Wings began out of necessity. Jim Disbrow and Scott Lowery moved to Kent, Ohio from Buffalo, New York. One night, they were craving the wings they used to be a fan of in Buffalo, but they discovered that Kent didn’t have a place where they could buy anything like the wings they had enjoyed eating in Buffalo. They solved their problem by opening up Buffalo Wild Wings & Weck that eventually came to be known as Buffalo Wild Wings.

Working at Buffalo Wild Wings is known as enjoyable by present and former employees, and this appears to be one of the reasons the company is experiencing longevity. The company continues to grow and is considered to be one of the fastest-growing restaurants in the country, with plans to open 1,000 restaurants in the future. Just last year, the company began to open restaurants in Canada, expanding its reach throughout the North American continent.
