"It was close to home, pay was good, nice office."

"Run away and don't look back. Since Jan. 2011 a dozen people have either quit or been fired and that is relatively half the staff."

What don't you like about working at BT Partners?

"Work load was outrageous, expected to work round the clock, expectations were out of line. President of the company had no management skills what so ever."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Fire the entire management team, President of the company has no leadership skills and has no understanding of the processes required to complete the work he demands."
