What do you like about working at Boise State University?

"You get a fee waiver for working with the state that allows you to take a couple classes for free each semester so long as you are able to maintain your shift. Work is priority, then school."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be confident, and ask for the job at the end of your interview. The questions are general, not rocket science, but try not to be vague."

What don't you like about working at Boise State University?

"Hours of operation make it difficult to get enough classes done to graduate. Part time has ultimate flexibility, you can work as much as you are needed but without obligation to any time you are scheduled to be in classes."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be more flexible with shifts for your full time folks so they can get a degree in a reasonable period of time as well.. split shifts could work if really looked at."
