"To understand that when you are told, No more layoffs you should expect at least 3 more."

"Being laid of due to another reconstruction, not being able to move up and the salary cap."

"I've bee working with BSH for 2.5 years. The work environment is bright and nice: Regarding the daily work, the company is focused on processes, management, quality, sustainability and compliance. The IT as a department however is somewhat on the perceiving end and has too little influence regarding consulting and definition of the solutions."

"There is not a clear path for growth, and I have reached a point in my position where I need need challenges."

"I believe that if each person in an organization is provided power and influence in their role it can strengthen the company overall."

"BSH will only hire you through a temp agency. For the past year the company has been on a hiring halt meaning there is no real room for advancement as there are never any open positions. Temps are paid much less than perm employees. There is also a constant revolving door of personnel with lay off happening very frequently. When one person is randomly fired, their specific task is assigned to another temp at random. Very low moral and motivation to do job correctly as they fire at random."

"Be transparent and able to sell a vision that makes sense. The people at Bosch were very good at this."
