"Laid back atmosphere, casual dress, nice office space, good location, most people are good to work with."

"Just be yourself. Answer questions honestly and as best as you can. Those are the tips I would give anyone for any interview, not just with this company."

What don't you like about working at Bsecure Technologies?

"Management is terrible. They're ethics on payscale is distorted. You can be a new hire and get better pay than your supervisor if they are desperate to get a slot filled. If you date someone in your department, management makes up new rules to get around the company policy. Mangement also plays favorites to people."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get rid of all current management and get competent managers in there that do not play favorites. There needs to be an on-site CFO, CIO, and daily business operations manager. They have an on-site CTO that from what I've heard, does not know what he is doing."
