The work quality is great, as are my colleagues. There is simply no potential for growth here, which is a big detriment. I am otherwise treated well."

"The inconsistency of the administration and their lack of knowing what is going on with their own employees. They have no clue what it is like for the people they are supposed to be there to support."

"Get in the trenches. Find out what is important to your employees and what concerns they have and then genuinely act on them."
