"I've worked for Brooks Instrument for just about three years now. The company has provided me with a significant amount of experience and learning opportunities. Unfortunately, I am looking for a career change into the Underwriting field, so I am attempting to switch my field and become the best underwriter I can be."
"Review for software developers, you will be building applications for Mechanical Engineers. Strong cronyism culture in a so-called "agile environment" that is really Waterfall management style. Engineering staff overworked and unable to manage projects effectively. However, recent changes in upper management may fix these problems. Still, not enough experienced, capable technical staff to validate engineering work and blame is quickly passed on to whomever those senior engineers select as a scapegoat. Back-up your email regularly, print exonerating emails to a hard file because archived eMail stored on the network mysteriously disappear. Impossible to get tools required to get work done correctly in a timely fashion. Common sense and fair play has no home here."
"Brooks Instrument provides its employes not only the best place to work but also develop you on other levels as a human."
"a great place to work. great management"
"Lack of cooperation, teamwork, everyone out for themselves and their buddies."
