"Don't bother, it's a company you will feel abused and not appreciated. Run!!!!"

What don't you like about working at Brooklyn Federal Savings Bank?

"We called it the sweat shop. The company for misfit toys. The owner is horrible, won't say hello to you if you are walking down the hall, or if he happens to be in your area. The owner feels you are dispensable and treats you accordingly. The job is advertised as customer service, but believe me it is an Account Executive position. They call it CS so they don't have to pay you what that job is entitled and they don't have to pay you commission. They have poor benefits and expect you to work long hours without lunch with very little pay. I would highly recommend not working for this company. I worked there for years and finally got out."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I have no suggestion because I spoke about everything I felt was wrong and it didn't matter. If management would listen, I would say, pay the people for the position that they are working at. You will create a team of loyal people. Right now, everyone in the company hates working for you and your company and can't wait to get out. Because of the way you treat your people your company will start to lose business and fold, God doesn't like ugly!"
