"My Supvisor was not a people pearson and she came from the ranks her self yes there is a line they have to follow but I think you should not for get where you started at"

"Send the supvisors to more school and get to knoe there employes not just a quick hello and thats it"

"Look into other places first, there are other places that pay better wages for the same job."

"There was a huge language barrier there which made communication difficult. Also the lack of job security."

"There was hardly ever any positive feedback, very rarely a thank you for a job well done. On the other hand if there was a mistake There were three managers there to tell you about it."

"Primary job is 100% customer satisfaction and employee safety. Each manager must have integrity and demand excellence with high quality, high performance standards and accountability. Each manager must learn their position and have a comprehensive knowledge of companys operations and policies. Successful managers must develop a Best Practice process of continuous improvement.
