"Very poor management. Owner promoted a history major out of college to operations manager. The kid doesn't know what a J hook or a bridle ring is let alone Ohms law. Has no idea of poor labor production when he sees it. Takes credit for other project manager's work. I would stay clear of this company and find work somewhere else."
