"New territory of knowledge! My first telecommuting job. I liked to get out of the office and visit claimants. Learned to work closely with adjusters and attorneys. I learned something new every day."

"Just the usual interview tips---dress well, smile, answer questions, and be prepared."
What don't you like about working at Broadspire Services?
"They eliminated their field case management roles after they were acquired by Platinum Equity (the Broadspire parent). They went through a lot of restructuring that eliminated many jobs."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"None. They communicated very well and was a good company to work for."

"I liked the flexibility of being able to work from my home office."

"Know what you are doing when you enter into a union with this company, you will be expected to hit the ground running after orientation and some long distance phone oversight."
What don't you like about working at Broadspire Services?
"Lack of adequate training for nurses that did not have Workers Comp experience"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Train adequately, LISTEN to new employees in RE: their frustrations and concerns. Allow the new employee to be able to openly express that they are having problems with the work flow, instead of saying, I do not like your tone."
