"Don't bother. The company is a sweat shop. Benefits are awful and bonuses have been cut year after year"

"Egos and greed are ruining the company. Their vision is nothing but propaganda and talk."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Fire the head of IT. He is corrupt. Read the exit interviews. Read the lawsuits. Let HR do their job and protect the worker rather than covering up the unethical behavior of others."

"I enjoy the ability to manage my own tasks. I am responsible for myself and there is no boss standing over me."

"I find the environment to be very depressing with no windows and everything being gray. I would like to work in a more positive/alive environment."

"I believe this company functions very well and although personally I find it is not for me, the employees who have permanent positions seem very satisfied with the environment and ethics of the company."
