"It was a fabulous work experience and we were all one big familiy. Would not recommend now as the owner filed a bogus Bankruptcy which is why all his good staff left"

What do you like about working at Broadcast Store?

"At the time the company was well run with a lot of personal latitude given as long as sales goals were met and exceeded. We were a very cohesive team and many corporate strategies were done by committee so I felt I had a lot of input and involvement in the direction of the company. The owner was still in total control but he valued our input."

What don't you like about working at Broadcast Store?

"Finding out that your boss was a thief. Having him tell me after the Bankruptcy was filed what to tell my clients and to reassure them that everything would be OK. Then learning that I was passing on a lie and I don't lie to my clients which is why I left the company over integrity."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be ethical and respect your team. Your companies reputation is based on delivering what you promise and the integrity of your staff."
