"Opportunity to develop new skills working with telecommunications in a expanding marketplace."

"Apply for the position you want. I don't recommend the approach of take any position and get your foot in the door approach. Have a plan and work your plan."
What don't you like about working at Suddenlink?
"Not a good fit for dreamers and overachievers. More a Homer S than a Bart S type company."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Every employee should be asked to contribute to team projects in other areas of the company. Feel like difference in title or groups means distance and an us versus them mentality. In example: Sales vs. Service, Service vs. Operations, Service vs. Marketing. Empower employee's at all levels to get involved, help others in other positions, understand we are not all working in isolation of each other."

"I enjoyed working with the equipment. I enjoyed being somewhat in charge of the the work orders presented to me."

"Understand that the physical nature of this job combined with the need for good interpersonal/customer relations skills could make or break your experience with this company."
What don't you like about working at Spectrum?
"The operational relationship between the incoming work orders and the work orders that are presented to the technicians responsible for installations and maintenance is not efficient or accurate."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The operational relationship between the customer service reps and the technicians should be more concise. Ride-alongs and technical education would probably improve the accuracy."

"The other people that worked there and the variety of networks I was able to get familiar with"

"Great laid back environment but it make become a dead end job."

"CEO refused to give raises, dozen of new contracts would be added and there would be no compensation"

"Give support agents the same raise you give supervisors, $.05 and hour"

"flexible for school and laid back because supervisors idiot buffer"

"The owner, no raises, you get ignored. No overtime$"

"give raises to improve moral and recognize the best reps"

"Everything. The job responsibilities, the boss, coworkers, and meeting new customers everyday. I also love to troubleshoot equipments to solve problems."

"Be truthful and honest. Because actions speak louder than words. So always do what you preach."

"The only suggest that I would have is for management is just to treat your employee how you would want them to treat you. Be kind and caring and in favor they would work harder and harder for you."

"Be real and hardworking, be ready to deliver, the end result is promising. You can count on it."
