"Pros and cons like any other co-- any role outside of the store you will be grossly underpaid, in store roles are probably close to slightly above average pay. Very legacy and dogmatic thinking. Good news is that being so underpaid there is appropriately lower pressure and urgency for things since truly necessary resources are so scarce. Not an overall bad company, but definitely not good either."
