What do you like about working at Brightpoint?

"My job gave me the opportunity to build a territory and to build a sales team. Management was open to suggestions and was more than willing to help w/ problems, issues and to get out in the field and see what was working and what wasn't working. Brightpoint was a great place to work really and when I left I wasn't looking for a new job. It just turned out that Sprint cut out all Master Distributor in their channel sales strategy and my position was eliminated."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be yourself and be enthusiastic. Brightpoint looks for people who are innovative and have a can do, go getter type of personality."

What don't you like about working at Brightpoint?

"Smaller company which isn't that bad of a thing but there were no real advancement opportunities."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The channel sales division that I worked for no longer exists at Brightpoint so I can't give much advice to management in the wholesale/distribution side of things b/c I don't know their business."
