Brighton Staffing Employee

"Everyone who applies is hired. There was no reason WHATSOEVER for me to be fired. No support, just thrown in and you must learn on your own. Then scolded harshly by some when you know no better. Some the the employees were sweet, I'll give them that. Old, outdated, extremely inefficient database - they use Skomar. Absolutely no clue why I was fired - all employment in the office is "at will", so they can fire anytime, no reason. They pay the nurses the lowest in the industry, try hard to charge hospitals the highest rates compared to competitors. Very disorganized. They hire 1-3x's a week and fire groups of newbies/older staff 1-3x's a week. Don't waste your time applying at Thousand Palms office. You will get the job, 99.9% get the job. 99.89% fired with weeks. Such a shame. I have 2 decades of sales, cold calling and closing experience. Absolutely no reason to fire me. Maybe because I submitted 2 contracts within 2 days while my co workers (out of 3) only 1 submitted 1 - much lower valued contract? They don't want to keep employees because then the pay structure increases for the employees. Guess they figure cheaper to hire newbies and fire when commission time is almost approaching! Morally bankrupt company. STAY AWAY!!"
