"They will promise you the world and their intentions are good. But they are set in their ways and rarely deliver on their promises. But they are good people, with big and generous hearts. But they prefer chaos to any type of structure and that is not a work culture that I was able to work and succeed in."

What don't you like about working at Brighton Collectibles?

"Too many chiefs and not enough indians. That and nobody seems to talk to one another or perhaps its that nobody listens. Instead of everyone working toward one common goal, all upper and middle management seems to be working toward their own specific goals and wants for the company."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Instead of everyone working toward one common goal, all upper and middle management seems to be working toward their own specific goals and wants for the company. Everyone needs to get on the same page and decisions need to be made it middle managers report directly to Jerry Kohl or report to upper managers...because reporting to all people and none of them speaking to each other and having the same goal and/or plans makes doing your job nearly impossible."
