"Working for Bridgestreet was very exciting. What I enjoyed most about working for Bridgestreet was the fact that it allowed me my first chance at project managing, and to expand my expertise in project coordinating."

"To do some extensive research on the company, prior to interviewing to make ensure that the company's policies and procedures are a comfortable fit for the person prospecting."
What don't you like about working at BridgeStreet Global Hospitality?
"I didn't like the fact that I didnt have any job security working with Bridgestreet. I was laid off due to lack of work resulting from the 9/11 catastrophe."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"To do a complete overhaul with regards to employee relations. There was absolutely hardly any contact and/or access to Human Resources for an employee. All problems were funneled directly through the on-site manager, which I believe is a horrible way to do business. The lack of confidentiality was a major issue."
