"I've worked for Braum's for a year and a half. It is the worst job to ever have. Management is poor. They vape in the store, and talk bad. I am constantly harassed. I am female by the way. The technology is from the dawn of technology. Customers are always rude to us for no reason. Rules change all the time within the company. Within the first few months of working there rumors spread about me throughout my town that I did something to get a raise. I didn't do it. trying to find another job so I can leave that garbage place before going off to college. I'm underpaid, over stressed, and I shouldn't feel that way about a job."

"I've worked for the Braums since 2010. You are micro-managed every step of the way. You have no freedom to run your store. Managers are required to work a rotating schedule, with no quality of life. Very hard to staff your store. The salary is great! But the stress is even greater!"

"That it is hard to relocate, and that they are only located in Texas and Oklahoma"

"To be open and honest, give employees praise give constrictive criticism, listen to your guests, and WOW each and every customer that walks threw your door."

"I honestly cannot think of anything I liked about working for Braums."

"Run!! I have years of experience working in the restaurant business and this has been the worst!"
What don't you like about working at Braum's?
"Every Braum's restaurant is completely controlled by the home office in Oklahoma, right down to the thermostats. There is no comp food for any employee - only a 15% discount. Purchases are deducted from paychecks. There is no respect for employees and there seems to be an aversion to employing anyone over the age of 40."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Rellinquish some control to your managers. Be more generous and you will attract a higher quality of employee. Also, clean up your stores. They are filthy!"

"The company is very discriminitive but finds loop holes and excuses why, the rules always change and the company doesn't follow there own proceedures."
