"Just don't do it. They fired a 8 year veteran of their sales force the first week I was there and did not even bat an eye. It is not worth the scar on your resume'."

"Refer to the above as the list would be way to long!"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Pay overtime as required by law. Treat your employee's with a little respect and equally."

"They seem constant in their expectations. They seem to be family orientated. They appear to like the involvement of others and accept input most of the time."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be yourself. Quite honestly. Good people great management and for those that fit a good spot but key #1 is honesty - if you have issues lay it on the line - do not expect them to feel, accept, or compensate but honesty is as it has always been the one thing that people seem to forget."

What don't you like about working at Branom Instrument?

"They are skirting the law in regards to overtime and compensation specifically in regards to employee's that are paid hourly that are instructed to attend meetings or that stay after. The company appears at this point to not be paying them or even offering compensation such as equal time off. A clear violation of labor laws that I am surprised (since employee's are required to punch in and out) nobody has said anything about and management has chosen to ignore despite the law requiring such records as time cards be kept on file for review in the case of an employee grievance."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Follow your own rules and direct people in a consistent manor. Do not tell new employee's do what ever he says or tells you to do then subject them to scrutiny because they did what the person whom was directly supervising them told them to do. Be more open as far as expectations and improve communication so as to be a team and not a bunch of individuals with no common goal."
