"Brand.com is for sheep, not leaders. This is a company with no direction. Almost like someone skimmed an Eric Ries book and failed at implementing. They LOVE to use buzz words, it's nauseating and poorly educates employees (and customers) about what the product does. Supervisors do not listen to input (user or employee) which causes HUGE disconnect. Moreover, many employees would provide feedback to web design or copy on marketing materials and get reprimanded."
