"Lack of flexibility. Its not a place for someone who has a family and or other responsibilities. There are many long nights and weekends. But with that said those who work hard and put in the hours eventually get recognized."

"Be more open to suggestions on how to improve processes and procedures. Take an interest in improving employee morale and general work atmosphere. Don't be clock watchers.... And treat your employees with respect."
