"I have worked for BSC for 2 years. The company has great goals and decent leadership. Mistakes are always made which lose money constantly. BSC has great customer service but losing money to take care of customers can't work for too long. You can do your work and not be bothered. It is a fast paced environment. Hard to get proper equipment to do your job well. Upper management is very good at micromanagement."
