"This job was a great first job! I learned a lot, but as I gained more experience and was more proficient in completing tasks, I was not given more responsibilities or more work to do. I felt like because I was the youngest one in the office, I wasn't given the respect that I deserved once everyone in the office knew I was capable of completing anything they gave me to work on. I learned a lot in the beginning, but the learning slowed when I wasn't given new projects to work on."
