BQE Software Anonymous Employee
"I don't recommend BQE for UX professionals. They have no idea what UX is. You will get stuck performing front-end coding and writing 40 pages of documentation. The pay is very low and you have to wait 6+ months for any benefits. You get 5 vacation days. The work culture sucks. It's very boring. Lots of conservative people. The CEO is out of touch with current technology trends and it's obvious. If you see an ad for UX Designer for BQE, RUN!!!"
