"It is structured, has a flexible schedule, and is very family oriented."

"Do not work through a contracting company unless that is something that you have done before and really like it. Also, it is a great company to work for once you get your foot in the door."

What don't you like about working at BP America?

"I don't like that I am a contract employee. I have a permament position but it doesn't provide the long term benefits that I am seeking. I want to build a future for myself and that is hard to do contract."

"My suggestions would be to help the employees more towards growing opportunities and help them to better themselves."

"Working with and teaching the Instrumentation Tech my automation skills so they could advance in their job"

"Over all it was a good company to work for."

"Certain people were treated differently. We were taught to speak our mind and let the leadership team know how we felt until we were honest then we were alienated"

"Understand the needs of your employees. Each employee is different but you have to adjust yourself to each employee and listen to their words and not discount them."

"the work is always busy, the environment and the people are great. The tools that being provided. The customers are great"

"When being interview, be honest of what knowledge you have and what you know. List of things that you have experience in the past. what you have done and what you want to learn and that there are room for mistakes."

"Doesn't give contractor a chance to become full employee. Doesn't get recognition for hard working employee."

"better team management. Update any news from higher management fast and effective."
