"I've worked for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater St. Louis since November 2009. Overall their mission of the organization is wonderful however it is very top heavy. Salaries and benefits are disproportionately given to upper management. There is not enough emphasis or credit given to the front line workers, those dealing directly with the children and infrastructure. The organizational hierarchy is very unstable and unsustainable. The organization has a very high staff turnover. Many of the staff issues are not addressed and typically swept under the rug mainly because of workload."
