What don't you like about working at Boylan Bottling Company?

"Extremely poorly owned and managed. They spend more time tracking the salespeople on computer than they do finding ways to grow their own business. There is no team atmosphere and they DO NOT like salespeople talking and learning from each other. Ownership is too paranoid and insecure about their abilities and it shows in their lack of leadership."
