"Look at the employees working there. Ask the employees if they are happy with pay. Ask CEO if he thinks his employees deserve the pay they receive."

"Wipe the Slate clean. Management searches for a solution when eliminating most of management IS the solution."

"Senior management are idiots who are out of touch of what is reality - especially in regards to sales quotas"

"Dive into the 20th century - ad sales guys don't even had laptops and have to work out of card boxes!!! extremely inefficient. Also pay market rates, some of the good ones might just stay. Lastyly tell Norman to stay the hell out of day to day operations"

"Too low of a salary for what I do, annual salary needs to be much higher. Commision higher too."
