"Boulder Amplifiers is a great small business. Being privately owned and funded, it is not subject to the usual corporate bureaucracy that often interferes with accomplishment. Boulder employs 25-30 people, most of which have worked there for 5+ years. Employee turnover is almost nonexistent. Because it is small, it was very easy to advance. It only took one year before I reached the upper tier. With that said, I quickly ran out of headroom. Compensation must improve."
