"I spend more time getting buy-in than doing actual work, and I'm not alone so things move very slowly."

"Reduce the number of projects going on at a given time. 10+ projects at a time wastes energy when mentally switching between them."

"The stress level varies day-to-day, with some days being jam-packed and others being slow. The people there are warm and friendly. It's a great environment to work in and I get experience in a lot of areas."

"Be enthusiastic. Just because it has a poorer reputation than some of the other Boston hospitals, doesn't mean it isn't a great place with talented doctors"

What don't you like about working at Boston University?

"I don't like being micromanaged. I would like to stay on one topic for more than five minutes. I would like to not have the rules changes twice a day."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Clean up and redecorate. It's too dark! Organize projects so we focus on one at a time rather than switching every ten minutes."
