"I worked for BMC for about 1.5 years as a member of a research team exploring the opioid epidemic. My experience was exclusive to the Injury Prevention Center, and this is my primary reason for the 4 star rating. I enjoyed my experience with my manager and fellow coworkers, but found that there were limited opportunities for intracompany networking/mobility beyond my team. Perhaps not ideal for someone looking to explore different types of projects, teams and career paths. Overall, the benefits are amazing and I highly recommend!"
