"The over reliance of technology used to communicate resulted in too much of my time spent reading unnecessary emails instead of working directly with my managers, which always led to better results from training to sales."

"Get back to the basics of face to face interaction with associates. Teach, listen, learn."

"I don't like that there's little on-the-job training and little encouragement to develop new skills."

"Quality employees are better than mass amounts of part time employees. Taking care of your employees and giving them adequate pay and hours helps employee morale."
