When there is a problem, team members focus to solve it. to The downside would be that technology stack and development practices are out of date and it can be difficult getting what's needed to be successful. Requirements aren't fleshed out as good as they could be. It's sometimes difficult to get time with the stakeholders to help flesh out appropriate test-cases."
