"to negociate the salary because he won't have any increase."
What don't you like about working at LexisNexis?
"The management was really bad. The employees assessments were cheated because they didn't want to increase salaries. Too much competition between services. Duifficulty to start interesting projects. Sales targets were always increased."

"I would make the different services work together and would listen to my coworkers ideas, I would respect deadlines and have a real schedule to achieve"

"I enjoy most of my coworkers and my employee discount."

"Be punctual, dress well, know your alphabet, have a favorite book in mind."
What don't you like about working at Barnes & Noble?
"The pay is very low compared to what the company expects from you in return. Communication between managers and booksellers is a joke. Advancement opportunities are few and far between and once you are promoted to management you will never be able to have a life because the shifts are never the same."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would pay my employees a livable wage, stop flip-flopping on store operating policies and make sure that store management communicated."

"THe company is out of business so there are no opportunities with Borders Express."

"There is absolutely nothing about Borders Express that I did not like."

"I enjoyed the customer service aspect of the job - being able to help others."

"Don't. Just don't. Fill out a McDonald's application - it's better."
What don't you like about working at Books-A-Million?
"If you did not sell enough memberships while working the register, you would be verbally abused and even have your hours cut in the middle of your shift. It was awful."

"Not require a daily percentage of memberships sold or fear termination."
