"I've worked for Booksamillion for about 10 years and was saddened that they chose to close my store in Sanford. The pandemic unfortunately was very hard on most of the brick and mortar stores and it was a corporate decision. I made some very amazing customer relationships over the years with devoted customers and will miss them terrible as we became sort of a family there. They had brought their children in for many an event and we got to see them grow and flourish over the years. I do love books and got to love many friendships I cultivated. To see that face light up when you fulfill your customers request or need is delightful."
