"I worked with Book Off for 2 years between 2012 and 2014. While the concept of the store and their organization skills were extremely commendable, the company itself could use a lot of work in understanding their employees and listening to their suggestions without saying that they're listening to their suggestions, but never actually applying them. It seems as though the company has a very disorganized management staff who focus more on their customers than being able to give their employees a decent time, especially with irate customers."
