"Management is distant and unrealistic of employees' concerns. Prototypes are being sent to the production line and sold to customers before they are even fully vetted."
"I work for Bomag Americas, been there since November 2017. I have managed to do a couple of different jobs since working at Bomag such as receiving, quality assurance, and now warehouse center lead. Bomag is a good company but there is not a lot of room for growth so I'm looking to move on to a company that will allow me to grow."
"Poor management, departments in silo's, no teamwork"
"Working with Bomag the possibilities are endless if you have the work enthusiasm to advance. This isn't a place where everything is set in stone the company is willing to give you a chance to make things better with your opinions. To describe Bomag in one word I would choose "Unstable". It sound contradictory but here is why. This company has the potential to be great but they have yet to find a foundation that will help them get on track. Any position is up for grabs if you have the back ground to prove you can handle it. Overall I feel it's not the worse of jobs and you can always look to put yourself in a better position to help the company win."
"Fairly new company with many necessary change that are needed. This company continues to improve daily. The leadership does an amazing job with placing people in the appropriate area that will help them excel. Although things are looking up, BOMAG can do more to train new employees. The pay could be better for the tasks that are required."
