Bolour Employee

"Bolour Associates is very tightly controlled through psychological, and emotional manipulation by its namesake and a full contingent of enablers, all of whom regularly demonstrate an overwhelming abundance of sociopathic behavior including: • Lack of empathy; • Facility for lying; • Indifference to right and wrong; • Abusive behavior; • Lack of interest in the rights, needs or well-being of others, and • No tolerance for dissent or resistance. With an annualized, 10-month employee turnover rate of 58.2%; an average tenure of approximately 14 months; and, an industry-wide reputation as an extremely difficult Lender and Buyer of last resort, I deeply regret tainting my resume with the Bolour name."
