"I have worked for the Bold Group since 2018. This is a million-dollar software company that helped revolutionize the Alarm Monitoring software industry. I have had the privilege of working with an incredible leadership team that is focused on visibility, equality, and maintaining the (5) Core Values Bold was found on. I worked very closely with the Director of Implementations to create new processes, document the process, and post each process online to an internal website that is viewable to all new hires. I helped hire new teammates that we felt would exude all the hard work and continue to perpetuate a productive environment filled with positive and ambitious people."
