"I liked the atmosphere that I was working in and making sure the customers and my working staff was all taken care of. The best thing I really enjoyed was working for Terry Garrett now he was a real down to earth Manager and I learned a lot from him."

"I liked everything about Boise so I don't have any negative things to say."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be honest and give employees a better chance to grow with the company. Give the employees more training work shops and cross train the employees. Trust and don't sneak through there things and try to frame them we are all people trying to survive in this economy."
