"Pros: 1. Furniture discounts. 2. Free snacks in the basement. Cons: 1. Boconcept only pays half of their employees medical plan. 2. Pay is lower than the required market rate for a person with a degree. 3. No reimbursement of money when you take the LIRR to their other locations. 4. No training. 5.
