"I enjoy working at Bobs, the people I work with and under are amazing and I couldn't ask for a more secure, safe, and friendly environment, there's so much to look forward to when I go to work and that's rare when having a job. The major downside as with any sales position is the ups and downs of the market at any given time, but with furniture just because you're the hardest worker doesn't mean you get the best pay, sometimes it's just the luck of the up."

"While Bob’s was the highlight of my career, I was unable to find a leadership position to comfortably transition into. I was delivering over a million dollars of furniture each year, and I was making more than the store managers. I’m ordered to move ahead financially I would have had to take a serious pay cut. My time with them as an operations manager was very frustrating, I was doing more work and getting paid significantly less. It was a very demoralizing experience. My suggestion to them would be that talented leaders are worth the additional money."
