"I have enjoyed working at bobcat for the variety of experiences and for the atmosphere. I am not always working at my computer, and I often get to get my hands dirty maintaining and troubleshooting machines. I also have tackled new challenges where I had to compare hydraulic pump pressure to actuator voltage to help design a new function on manual loaders. I get along really well with my colleages and my supervisors, we all come from small towns and farming backgrounds, which makes it really easy to talk to everyone. I never feel intimidated by my boss, and I can talk with him about a weekend spent hunting or fishing. My colleages are for the most part very helpful, and I can rely on them for help with any project. One of my favorite parts of the job though is that I am trusted with a lot of responsibility, so I can work quite independently, but I have the backing of a team when I need help on a project."

"The opportunity to travel, # of holidays, and amount of vacation."

"The interview process tends to be long with many interviews. You may not here back for weeks as most positions require approval from Doosan in Korea. Many situational questions in interview."

What don't you like about working at Bobcat Company?

"Advancement is hard to come by. Expected hours are much more than the standard 40. Meeting goals and expectations are not rewarded. Benefits are not the best and compensation is not what it should be given the cost of living."

"Reward employees for meeting goals. Better/ more clear development plans"

"I don't like the size and the level of management sometimes to get approvel or things done"

"I can find nothing I do not like. I do wish they would improve the emergency service."

"It is Valley Bobcat inc. they had great people there. Boss was great if you made a mistake you told them and fix it. They was not on top every second.All the mechanic work together and help each other."
