What don't you like about working at BoatUS?

"Once co bought by Warren Buffet my position was eliminated twice. They promoted people within co and didn't post job so anyone from within co can apply.Management now spends way to much time on making sure you basically read from a script and try to up sell every call. If you do not read word for word and try to get people to upgrade you are written up. Boat Us has a very stressful environment , management has favorites and you can & will be dumped on working there."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"First they have to many people they call managerssecond the managers they do have talk about people way to much. If I had a dollar for every time I heard managers talking about other employees personal business I would be very wealthy. You definately didn't want to tell them anything you didn't want everyone else to know."
