What do you like about working at Boat-N-RV Supercenter?

"I did not like working there. I did at first, but the longer I worked there and the more money my boss tried to get for me, the harder the owner tried to get rid of me. The owner has no compassion for anyone but himself. He cusses his employees out in front of the customers and treats them like dirt."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"GOOD LUCK!!!!!! Especially if you work directly with the owner.The health insurance costed almost as much as I made for a week on a weekly basis. The sales people was screwd out of their commisions most of the time. The only thing I did like about working there was some of the people I worked with and the customers I met. I met some great and amazing people."

What don't you like about working at Boat-N-RV Supercenter?

"The owner, I cant think of a word or words to describe this person."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Have someone else run the stores for the owner. Keep him out of the picture and the work place. Then it would be a better work enviroment."
