"Well, it is good if you are seeking contract job and need the money."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Please be careful, I have worked for them twice, not saying all project managers are bad, just the one tackles the Plainfield, IL projects for the Chicago land area."

What don't you like about working at BMC Software?

"Well, for starters the discrimination I faced with my former project manager. I do not like how you are judged by how you do work because it may not meet the need of that project manager at the time. When doing team work and you take a break you get reprimanded. As well if you take it to HR they violate your privacy rights and inform the project manager of your complaints, etc."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would really recommend that someone hires a project manager not based on favoritism, and by how they do their job."
